Industrial grade UPSIndustrial grade UPS are designed to protect mission critical equipment where a clean and controlled environment for the UPS is not always available. These environments include but not limited to, mining, rail, utilities plants, and medical facilities. High quality siliconbased coating on PCB boards are done at the manufacturing level to reduce chances of defects and handling errors. Conformally coated boards provides the UPS properties such as dust-proof, hydrophobic, and resistance to oxidation, thermal, as well as moisture. All units go through vigorous tests that includes vibration test (to IEC 60068-2-6 Class A). Industrial units also have a high ambient temperature tolerance (40°C-55°C with derating to 60% nominal load).
