Designed, built and tested for Australian/New Zealand conditions in our own manufacturing facilities, the MiVue™ 170 SAFETY has all the features any safety-conscious driver would need in a dash cam to know when they are approaching fixed speed, redlight cameras or school zones, and protect themselves against insurance claims of other people. And of course, it records in Full HD 1080P at 60 frames per second which means even fast-moving vehicles can be clearly identified in the footage, so they don't get away with it.

The road ahead is clear with the MiVue™ 170 SAFETY. This dash cam produces high quality and accurate footage with optimised day/night vision, a 140-degree field of view that is GPS tagged to provide accurate information about exactly where an incident occurred and what speed was involved, and 3-Axis G-Sensor for direction of impact. With recording set at 60 frames per second, details like make, model and number plates can be identified, even if the other car was travelling at speed. You'll also get safety camera alerts including premium alerts reminding you about upcoming speed cameras, school zones, railway crossings, change of speed zones on off ramps and on ramps on motorways and driver fatigue alerts. The MiVue™ 170 SAFETY has a 2.7" LCD screen and a high quality wide-angle multi-layer glass lens. You can also use "eco drive mode" which measures how efficiently your vehicle is being used. The MiVue™ 170 SAFETY is 'parking mode compatible' which means, with the addition of a SmartBox accessory your vehicle will continue to be protected, even when the engine is switched off. Download and view footage using MiVue Manager on PC or Mac. It supports a microSD card up to 128GB (not included).
